The Torrumbarry Hall Committee has been successful in gaining funding for the re-installation of a chimney and fire place into the old Patho State School. $3,500 has been provided by the Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal. This funding is critical in advancing the overall project which seeks to restore the relocated 130 year old Patho State School to its original physical structure. The restored building will be used as a meeting room, display area for items of historical interest and as a resource room for district secretaries and their organisations.
